I understand that I am purchasing RAW MILK from SWEET DESERET FARM AND/OR THE DANIEL AND ELIZABETH BABCOCK FAMILY. I understand that this milk has not been pasteurized or otherwise treated. I am purchasing this milk voluntarily, for my own personal consumption. I acknowledge that, in purchasing RAW MILK, I have not been influenced to do so, nor have I relied upon any representations or warranties about the product made by or on behalf of SWEET DESERET FARM AND/OR THE DANIEL AND ELIZABETH BABCOCK FAMILY. In consideration of the sale of this RAW MILK to me and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby release, acquit, discharge, and covenant to hold harmless SWEET DESERET FARM AND/OR THE DANIEL AND ELIZABETH BABCOCK FAMILY, its officers, employees, agents, representatives and others associated with the manufacture, sale and/or distribution of raw milk by SWEET DESERET FARM AND/OR THE DANIEL AND ELIZABETH BABCOCK FAMILY from any and all actions, causes of action, liability, loss, and/or damage, including but not limited to all bodily injuries and property damage, compensatory damages, consequential damages, punitive damages, and attorney’s fees, on account of, or in any way growing out of, directly or indirectly , the manufacture, sale and/or distribution of said raw milk. I agree that in no event will any liability exceed the amount paid by me to SWEET DESERET FARM AND/OR THE DANIEL AND ELIZABETH BABCOCK FAMILY.
